Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and ALNO LLC, doing business as LoveRush (“LoveRush”, “we”) for your use of LoveRush.ai, our website and AI ad generator. By creating an account or using LoveRush you agree to them, and to our Privacy Policy. If you use LoveRush for a company, you agree on its behalf and confirm you are authorized to.
Who can use LoveRush
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. LoveRush is a business tool. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your password safe, and for everything done with your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed it.
What LoveRush does
You give us a website address. LoveRush reads that site’s public pages, and the public websites of competitors, to learn your brand: logos, colors, products and how you describe them. It researches competitors’ publicly running ads through a third-party ad library, then uses AI models from third-party providers to plan, write and generate ads, which you can revise by chatting with it. We may change, add or remove features over time.
Your content
“Your content” means the website address you give us, what we collect from your own website, and the text, images, logos and other material you upload or type. You keep whatever rights you have in it. You give us permission to use, copy, store and process it, and to send it to our service providers, only as needed to run LoveRush for you.
You confirm that you own or have permission to use your content, including any logos, trademarks, product photos and people’s images, and that our using it as described here won’t violate anyone’s rights or the law. Only give us a website you own or are authorized to advertise.
The ads we generate
As between you and us, and to the extent the law allows, you own the ads LoveRush generates for you, and we assign to you any rights we have in them. Some jurisdictions may not grant copyright in AI-generated material, so we can’t promise that you will have exclusive rights.
AI output is not guaranteed to be unique: other customers may receive similar results. We also can’t guarantee that an ad is free of third-party rights, such as a trademark, a likeness or design elements that resemble existing work. Review every ad before you use it.
You are responsible for how you use the ads: the claims they make, whether they follow the law (including advertising, consumer protection and endorsement rules) and the policies of the platforms you run them on, such as Meta or Google.
AI can be wrong
LoveRush relies on AI. It can misread a website, get facts, prices or product details wrong, misspell words, render text or logos imperfectly, or state something that isn’t true. Competitor research reflects publicly available information at the time and may be incomplete or out of date. Check facts and claims before publishing. Nothing LoveRush produces is legal, financial or professional advice, and we don’t guarantee any ad will perform.
Competitor research
LoveRush studies competitors’ public websites and ads to understand what works in your market, and makes original ads for your brand. Use it for research and inspiration, not copying: don’t use LoveRush to reproduce a competitor’s ad, use their trademarks or logos, or suggest an affiliation that doesn’t exist. LoveRush declines to deliver an ad that is a near-copy of a competitor’s.
What you may not do
You agree not to use LoveRush to:
- break any law, or create ads for illegal products or services;
- create false, misleading or deceptive ads, including fake reviews, testimonials, endorsements, results or prices;
- infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights, including competitors’ trademarks and logos;
- impersonate a person or business, or create ads for a business you aren’t authorized to represent;
- create hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent or otherwise harmful content, or content involving minors in any inappropriate way;
- create political or election ads intended to mislead, or deceptive images of real people;
- point LoveRush at websites or systems you aren’t allowed to access, or try to get around our limits or security;
- overload, scrape, reverse engineer or resell LoveRush, or share an account to avoid paying for one.
Our AI providers’ content filters may also decline some requests.
Plans, billing and credits
LoveRush is a monthly subscription. The plans currently offered are:
- Starter: $39 per month, 700 credits per month; unused allowance does not carry over.
- Creator: $99 per month, 2,000 credits per month; unused allowance does not carry over.
- Pro: $199 per month, 4,400 credits per month; unused credits carry over to the next month, up to one month's allocation.
Video ads are not currently offered.
Payment. Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe, in US dollars, plus any applicable taxes. We don’t store your card number.
Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically every month and Stripe charges your payment method on file until you cancel. If a payment fails, we may pause or limit your access until it succeeds.
Allowance. Your plan’s allowance is given for each billing period and can be used only during it, except where your plan says unused allowance carries over. It has no cash value and can’t be transferred. Generations that fail don’t use your allowance. Requests declined by a provider’s content filter are not charged up to a limited number each month; beyond that, a declined request may count.
Cancelling. You can cancel anytime from Settings, which opens Stripe’s billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
Price changes. We may change prices or plan allowances. We will tell you in advance, and a price change applies from your next billing period after the notice. If you don’t agree, you can cancel before it takes effect.
Ending your account
You can stop using LoveRush at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, don’t pay, use LoveRush in a way that could harm others or us, or if we must by law. Where reasonable, we will tell you first. When your account is closed, your access ends and we may delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy, so download any ads you want to keep. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnity) survive.
Disclaimers
LoveRush is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and accuracy. We don’t promise that LoveRush will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that its output will meet your needs.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from LoveRush or these terms. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify ALNO LLC, doing business as LoveRush against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, the ads you use, or your breach of these terms or the law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for significant changes, tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. If you keep using LoveRush after that, the new terms apply.
General
These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about LoveRush. If a part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term isn’t a waiver. You may not transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the business.
