Privacy Policy

This policy explains what LoveRush.ai (“LoveRush”, “we”) collects when you visit our website or use our ad generator, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. LoveRush is operated by ALNO LLC, doing business as LoveRush.

The short version

  • You give us a website address. We read the public pages of that site and of competitors’ sites, and research competitors’ public ads, to make ads for you.
  • To generate ads we send your brand information, website text, images and chat messages to AI providers.
  • We don’t sell your personal information, and our site has no third-party advertising trackers.
  • Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

What we collect

Account information. Your email address and a password (stored by our authentication provider in hashed form). If you sign in with Google or Facebook, that service shares your email address, your name, your profile picture and an account ID with us, and we keep them with your account so you can sign in again. We don’t receive your Google or Facebook password, and we never post on your behalf or access your contacts, friends or other data from those accounts. You can remove LoveRush’s access in your Google or Facebook settings at any time; deleting your LoveRush account deletes this information with it.

Your website and brand. The website address you give us, and what we find on its public pages: text, logos, colors, fonts, product names and images. You can review and edit this brand information, and add competitors.

What you create with us. Your chat messages with LoveRush, images and logos you upload, and the ads we generate for you.

Billing information. Stripe collects your payment details. We receive and keep your plan, subscription status, payment status and a Stripe customer reference, but not your card number.

Usage and attribution. Which pages and steps of LoveRush you visit (for example, starting sign-up or viewing plans), tied to a random browser ID and, once you sign up, to your account. We also record how you found us: the referring website, campaign tags (utm_ parameters) and ad click IDs in the link you arrived on (such as fbclid or gclid). Our servers briefly process your IP address to limit abuse; our hosting and authentication providers may log it as part of normal operation.

How we use it

  • To run LoveRush: learn your brand, research competitors, generate and revise ads, and keep your library and chats.
  • To manage your account and subscription, and to send account emails such as sign-up confirmation and password resets.
  • To understand which parts of the product and which marketing channels work, using our own first-party analytics.
  • To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and enforce our Terms of Service.
  • To meet legal obligations, such as tax and accounting records.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, we rely on these legal bases: performing our contract with you (running the service and billing), our legitimate interests (security, improving the product and measuring our marketing), legal obligations, and your consent where the law requires it.

Websites we read for you

When you give us a website, our servers visit its public pages, including with an automated (headless) browser, as an ordinary visitor would. We do the same for competitors you name or we identify. We only request publicly accessible addresses; we don’t sign in, submit forms or keep cookies from those sites. To research competitors’ ads we search Foreplay, a third-party library of publicly running ads, using competitor names and websites.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run LoveRush, each for its part of the service:

  • Supabase: database, file storage and sign-in. Your account, brand data, chats, uploads and ads are stored there, in the United States.
  • OpenAI: generating and editing ad images, and planning ads. Receives brand details, website text, images and instructions derived from your requests.
  • Anthropic (Claude): the chat assistant, brand strategy, competitor analysis and ad copy. Receives your chat messages, brand details and website text.
  • Foreplay: competitor ad research. Receives competitor names and websites.
  • Stripe: payments and subscription management.
  • Resend: delivering account emails.
  • Railway: hosting our website and servers.
  • Google and Meta (Facebook): only if you choose to sign in with them.

Video ads are not currently offered. If we add them, a video provider will be added to this list before any of your data is sent to one.

We don’t sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users’ safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply to it.

Cookies and similar technology

We use only our own cookies and browser storage. There are no third-party advertising or analytics trackers on our site.

  • lr_aid: a random ID for your browser, so visits before sign-up can be joined to your account. Kept 1 year.
  • lr_attr: how you first and most recently arrived (referring site, campaign tags, ad click IDs, landing page). Kept 90 days, and copied to your account when you sign up.
  • lr_site: the website address you typed on our homepage, so sign-up doesn’t ask for it again. Kept 30 days.
  • Sign-in cookies set by our authentication provider (Supabase) to keep you signed in. Needed for the service to work.
  • lr.theme (browser storage, not a cookie): your light or dark mode choice. Stays until you clear it.

Stripe’s checkout and billing pages, which are hosted by Stripe, set their own cookies under Stripe’s privacy policy.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking sign-in cookies will stop you from signing in.

How long we keep it

We keep your account, brand data, chats, uploads and ads for as long as your account is open, so your library and history stay available. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete it along with the brand data, chats, uploads and ads linked to it. Usage events are kept without the link to your account. We keep billing records as long as tax and accounting law requires, and Stripe keeps its own payment records.

Your choices and rights

You can see and edit your brand information in the app, and manage or cancel your subscription from Settings. You can also ask us to give you a copy of your personal information, correct it, or delete your account and its data. Depending on where you live (for example California, the EEA or the UK), you may have further rights, such as objecting to certain processing or complaining to a data protection authority. We won’t treat you differently for using these rights.

Children

LoveRush is for businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18. We don’t knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

Connections to LoveRush are encrypted (HTTPS). Your data is stored with access controls so each account can reach only its own brand, chats and ads, and uploaded files are kept in private storage. Payment details are handled by Stripe. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to fix problems quickly.

Where your data is processed

LoveRush is run from the United States, and your information is stored and processed in the United States by us and our service providers. If you use LoveRush from outside the United States, your information is transferred there.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as LoveRush changes. We will post the new version here with a new effective date, and tell you by email or in the app before a significant change takes effect.
